Survey for People Living with HIV/AIDS (Mar. 18th, 2010)
Participate in an online survey to help the Minnesota HIV Planning Council better understand the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.
The Needs Assessment Committee of the MN HIV Planning Council believes there is a need to interview patients living with HIV/AIDS via online survey in order to better understand their needs. The responses collected from the survey will serve as pillars when creating the budget for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
The survey will be completed online. Computer access will be supplied. The survey will take about an hour to complete. Participants will receive a $10 gift certificate once they finish the survey. Antonio Marante, HIV Quality Specialist & Health Educator at La Clinica, will provide any support needed during the process.
Who: Anyone living with HIV/AIDS is invited to complete the survey
When: Saturday, March 27, 2010
Where: La Clinica, 153 Cesar Chavez St. St. Paul, MN 55107, Community Room (lower level)
Time: 9:30 AM until 2:00 PM.
The more participants who complete the online survey, the more accurate budget and health care services organizations like West Side Community Health Services will provide.
