Most insurance plans are accepted including Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, HealthPartners, UCare, BlueCrossBlueShield/BluePlus, Delta Dental, Medica Choice, Metropolitan Health Plan, PreferredOne and other private insurance.
Sliding Fee Scale is a discount program available to assist those with no health insurance or high insurance deductibles. Sliding fees are based on your family size and income.
